It was on the 4 th of December 2006 that Hospital da Luz Lisboa opened doors 19 years ago. “The first consultation was ensured by pediatrician Luísa Teles and since then… we have never stopped”, reminded Isabel Vaz, the Luz Saúde CEO, who blew out the anniversary cake candles together with the members of Hospital da Luz Lisboa executive board. “Our heartfelt gratitude for another year of dedication to patients. Medicine is a team discipline that should be practiced by elite professionals. And we count with elite teams”, she highlighted. “Happy Birthday” was sung with the help of the Lisbon Gregorian Institute Artistic Schoo l choir, which afterwards gave a concert for everyone attending the hospital’s inner garden.
