Hospital da Luz Vila Real clients can now do their own admission to consultations, exams, and treatments. Self check-in can be easily done on your smartphone, via MY LUZ app , not having to wait in line at the reception desk. The self check-in is available on MY LUZ app two hours before the scheduled time of the consultation/exam/treatment. For that, it is necessary: To have a MY LUZ account with full access; To have active location on your phone; To be inside the hospital premises or within 1 km radius. For self check-in: Open the MY LUZ app or click on the alert notification sent by the app (*) ; Go to the initial page or the Agenda area; Select the consultation/exam/treatment you want to get admission to and click on Admission ; If there is a value to be paid, payment must be made using one of the options available; After payment, a digital ticket is displayed, indicating the waiting room and a number that the service will use to call you. All quite simple, convenient, and quick. Do your admissions on MY LUZ app!
