Hospital da Luz Setúbal was at the Elementary School of Luísa Todi school group, in Alto da Guerra, Setúbal, on March 26, organizing activities with 4 th grade students. The initiative has happened within this hospital’s project Health at School , viewing to develop the health competencies of children and youths in the district. The topic worked was “Healthy lifestyles”: In groups, students were asked to solve games with questions on healthy diet, sleep, oral hygiene, and physical exercise. At the end of each game, if the group answered correctly to most of the questions and challenges, it would receive a puzzle piece. All the groups achieved the targets. After the games, it was a real jam, with Lu delivering the missing piece to complete the puzzle. Moreover, each student received a recipe book with healthy and tasty dishes, autographed by the Hospital da Luz mascot. This was the fourth activity of the project Health at School launched this year by Hospital da Luz Setúbal professionals. Organized based on the criteria defined in the national program of Health Education Promotion (PES) in schools, it was designed by Hospital da Luz Setúbal following requests from schools for information sessions on health themes adapted to the different age groups and education levels. In the context of our commitment of collaboration and support to the community, we have accepted the challenge – which was only possible thanks to the engagement of different services and multidisciplinary teams from this hospital. Nutritionist Ana Carolina Soares and nurses Ana Azevedo, Marina Leal, Marta Santana, Milene Diogo, Núria Calado, Rita Oliveira (student) and Sandra Rolo took part in this action at the Luísa Todi School.
