A) Thus, requests for scheduling new appointments and exams should preferably be made through the hospitaldaluz.pt website or the MY LUZ app. All these requests will be evaluated by the physicians responsible for them, who will identify the clinical criteria that may justify each case: Scheduling for the requested date; The scheduling proposal for a later date; In eligible cases, scheduling a video consultation; Clients will be contacted by phone or SMS if appointments, exams and surgeries already scheduled must be rescheduled. B) The Hospital da Luz network remains in operation with the necessary resources to guarantee, safely, the attendance to: Pregnants (follow-up and delivery) Cancer patients Patients with chronic diseases Postoperative reassessment Urgent surgeries Priority elective surgeries among other urgent exams, consultations or treatments, according to strictly clinical priority evaluation criteria.
