Hospital da Luz Clínica de Amarante has celebrated a protocol with Amarante Football Club, establishing special conditions in health services for its athletes, collaborators, elements of the statutory bodies, and respective immediate family (spouse and first degree descendants) and also members.. The agreement was celebrated last July 7 by Pedro Linhares, general director of the Clinic, and Ricardo Ribeiro, president of the club. This protocol arises in the context of Hospital da Luz Network’s strategy of support to the population in access to healthcare. The agreement provides for discounts on the price list for all services (*), namely: Consultations in medical or surgical specialities; Surgeries (to be carried out at the Hospital da Luz network units in Póvoa de Varzim or Vila Real); Dentistry treatments; Clinical analyses, imaging exams, and other specialty exams; Nursing treatments. To benefit from the agreed conditions, it is mandatory to present the identity card or other identification document attesting the quality of athlete, collaborator, member of the club or immediate family.
