Hospital da Luz Clínica da Figueira da Foz was distinguished with the Health award , last May 9, during the 14 th Figueira TV Gala , at Figueira Casino. Promoted by Figueira TV, this event celebrates every year noticeable entities and personalities in the region. Granted by an independent jury, the award acknowledges the contribution of Luz Saúde to the quality of healthcare provided to the community and its commitment of clinical excellence and innovation. With new premises inaugurated in July 2025, this Hospital da Luz clinic provides specialty consultations and exams, clinical analyses, a complete imaging center (for exams such as magnetic resonance – unique in this district – echography, CT, mammography, and X-ray) and access to medical consultations on the same day, as well as nursing treatments. The award was delivered by Gustavo Palma (from Geopalm) and received by Pedro Beja Afonso, the administrator of Hospital da Luz units in the Center region, who highlighted the importance of this acknowledgement . “This award is a great pride to the whole team of Clínica da Figueira Foz.
