But we know that less specific complaints, such as fatigue, difficulty concentrating, memory changes, insomnia, or mood disorders, may be related to obstructive sleep apnea. Knowing the signs that may raise the suspicion of sleep apnea, being aware and not undervaluing them is what allows you to seek specialized medical care in a timely manner and have effective answers in the diagnosis and treatment of sleep apnea.
