MY LUZ , health platform for the clients of hospitals and clinics of Hospital da Luz network, is now also available in the central region. Through MY LUZ , the clients of our Hospital da Luz units in Cantanhede, Coimbra, Figueira da Foz and Pombal have now access to a wide range of services online, allowing them to manage their health easily, at any time and at any place, via smartphone, tablet or laptop. Over 300 thousand clients have already joined this platform and about 200 thousand use it every month. With MY LUZ, the clients of hospitals and clinics of Hospital da Luz network have access to a personal area online, where they can easily and in a confidential and safe way: Schedule consultations and exams; Make video consultations with their regular physicians, from any part of the world; Access exams and prescriptions; Consult reports of exam results and share them with their assisting physician; Register and consult data concerning their health and share them with their assisting physician; Upload all the clinical information they wish to add to their Online Clinical Process; Access invoices, as well as declarations of presence, thus avoiding environmental costs and reducing the average attendance time; Consult all their scheduled appointments and exams; Access and manage (jointly) the health areas of their household (ascendant and descendant relatives); Update and manage personal data.
