Edgar Almeida , a nephrologist, university professor and head of the Nephrology Department is the new clinical director of the Hospital Beatriz Ângelo (HBA). In his first interview, he assumes: The fact that HBA is a PPP has been an advantage in the development of the clinical activity of the hospital. And he promises to stay focused on the objectives defined from the beginning by the clinical board of the hospital: proximity of clinical to management, openness to primary care, clinical differentiation, team medicine and training.
