The exhibition 'Portraits of life in private hospitals' , with the best photos from the Portuguese Association of Private Hospitalization (APHP) competition for healthcare professionals in the sector, can be visited, until December 6 th , at the Hospital da Luz Setúbal facilities . The competition, held last year, awarded the photograph of nurse Celso Pires Ribeiro - an evocation of World Heart Day, in which the artist nurse had the collaboration of Andreia Martins Osako, Carolina Tena and Pedro Faias , his fellow nurses at the Hospital da Luz Setúbal. The image, with the title ‘Being Luz when caring’, was awarded 3 rd prize in the competition held by APHP and reveals, according to its author, the team spirit that exists at Hospital da Luz. This was the first time that the Hospital da Luz Setúbal nurse participated in a national photography competition, even though at Luz Saúde his 'work of art' had already been awarded, in an initiative of this kind restricted to Luz Saúde employees. The exhibition with the 10 finalist photos awarded by APHP in 2023 has toured the country, through different private health institutions, and has now arrived at Hospital da Luz Setúbal. The debut of this exhibition took place at the 46 th World Hospital Congress, followed later by the three winners' hospitals. The exhibition can be visited on the 4 th floor of building A of Hospital da Luz Setúbal, until December 6 th .
